3.  If there is anything materially different between the seller’s auction details and the carVertical check when viewing the motor home won, the winning Buyer will, before exchanging funds to complete the purchase, have the option to withdraw the offer without any recompense to the Seller.
4. If, a material difference is revealed in the carVertical check report, the Seller may wish to renegotiate a lesser price with the winning Buyer in an attempt to complete the sale. However, such negotiations outside the final hammer price will be at the discretion and understanding of both parties involved.
