For simplicity, and what we believe is a more convenient way in creating your Motor Home Auction, we ask for a video of your vehicle as opposed to multiple photos (images). Your video:

1. Should be of some quality, of high definition and taken of the entire vehicle, including: All round exterior, interior, engine bay (engine running if possible), and underneath (if possible-particularly engine).

2. This can include a running description mentioning anything you feel notable.

3. IT MUST NOT have music sound track (copyright).

4. IT MUST NOT have identifiable persons (Privacy Laws).

5. IT MUST NOT have identifiable background showing who you are, or your address/location (to subvert auction process).

6. IT should be NO LONGER than 3 minutes.

7. It will be converted by us to image slices (stills) to accompany your video.

VIDEO TIPS: "A Picture paints a thousand words".
•    Prepare your vehicle properly for presentation.
•    Ensure good light and position so as to be able to easily walk round the vehicle 360 degrees, unobstructed.
•    Select a pleasing/panoramic background where possible.
•    Remove anything personal/unnecessary inside both interior and boot.
•    To enable a smooth, "one take video", request the assistance of someone else to open/close doors, bonnet and boot and for starting engine.
•    Consider using an extended control arm/selfie stick for better steady hand hold and for allowing unobstructed entry to interior, as well as underneath, where possible.
•    It can all be done in one take with minimal but careful planning, to enhance presentation of your vehicle to its best potential.

The description of this auction is, per the Seller, and  to the best of the their knowledge accurate and not misleading. AuctionMotorHomes.com asks for a range of detail about the Auction from the Seller which is their responsibility to be as accurate about as possible. However, potential Bidders (buyers) must independently satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of the description. Potential buyers should conduct their own due diligence including:

Checking the UK Gov.uk site for MOT history. This will show:
1.    The date of current MOT certificate, as well as "Advisories" that may require factoring in repair cost for the next MOT,
2.    Separately, if the vehicle has any outstanding "Recalls".
3.    The vehicle mileage Year-on-Year against previous MOT records.
AuctionMotorHomes.com does not undertake HPI checks on UK-registered vehicles, prior to/for the auction listing. We rely on the sellers declaration that to the best of their knowledge, the vehicle has not been the subject of an insurance claim.

It is not uncommon for used vehicles to have had cosmetic repairs at some stage, if only to rectify minor damage, such as scuffs, sun/weathering etc. Photographs converted from a video, may not reflect the true colour or full condition of the vehicle. It is a bidder’s responsibility to satisfy themselves of the colour and condition of a vehicle, including its interior and the existence of any remedial bodywork or paintwork, before committing to bid or buy. This includes by raising  inquiries with the seller in the comments section.  

Upon successful completion of an Auction achieving or surpassing its Reserve Price, AuctionMotorHomes.com will deduct its 4% Commission fee. The successful Buyer will be provided with the contact details of the Seller to make arrangement to complete the sales transaction between both parties. If the highest bid is within 20% of reserve AuctionMotorHomes.com will attempt to aid a desired outcome for both parties. AuctionMotorHomes.com does not act as agents for either party,

AuctionMotorHomes.com strongly advises the Buyer to only part with full funds once the vehicle and all legal documents have been assessed as being correct and in-line with the Auction details. To assist this, AuctionMotorHomes.com will provide the Buyer, free of charge (Private Sale only), with a carVertical vehicle check report. Should anything material be revealed in the report, contrary, or omitted from the Sellers Auction details, the Buyer will have the right to "Walk away". Otherwise, the Buyer is responsible to follow through with the purchase at the bid price bid in line with the auction within 7 day of it ending.
